Roasts

How many pounds do you want your chuck roast to be?

We suggest 3-4 pounds

Do you want a bone-in or bone-out chuck roast? *

Bone in chuck roast have a great bone flavor, but a bone out chuck roast is easier to cook.

Steaks

How thick do you want your steaks cut? *

1" is recommended since your get more individual steaks while still being thick enough to keep the middle pink when you sear your steaks.

Ribeye: Bones or no bones *

Similar situation to the chuck roasts, if you like bone flavor get the bone in. If you would like a easier grilling experience go bone out.

T-Bones and Porterhouses or New Yorks and Fillets

These cuts are from the same area in the loin and are some of the best steaks on the entire beef.

Would you like your round to be tenderized?

Tenderizing means it will be put though mechanical teeth that help break down the muscle fibers.

What size packages would you like the ground beef to come in? *

More stew meat means less burger. I would recommend only 5-10 packages
