Pricing (Nov. 4th 2024) All prices below are multiplied by your specific animal’s hanging weight. Hanging weights can range from 775 pounds to 1068 pounds.

Butcher: $1.30 (boneless cuts) a pound plus $145 harvest fee plus $10 handling fee

Windmill Mountain Ranch: $3.77 a pound.

When you purchase your Windmill Mountain Ranch beef, we add your name to a specific animal. Once all the shares of the animal have been sold we then have the livestock official inspect your animal then it is sent to one of our experienced processors. It is then butchered and aged for 14-21 days. After it is hung, it is cut, wrapped, and frozen. Once it is frozen solid, your beef is put into a food safe box and delivered to Gilbert and Sedona areas. This process is how ranchers and butchers get their beef.

How much do I get?

Half Beef: Estimated hanging weight: 400-475 Estimated meat weight 175-250 lbs, 6-7 Cubic Feet (final price $2500-$2000)

3 Arm Roasts, 6 Chuck Roasts, 4-6 Short Ribs, 1 Whole Brisket 12 Ribeye Steaks, 4-6 T-Bone Steaks, 4-6 Porterhouse, 4 New York Strips 4 Filets, 6 Sirloin Steaks, 3 Sirloin Tip Roast, 1 Eye of Round Roast ~110 lbs of ground beef

Once all shares of your animal have been bought the process takes about 30 days to complete.
